AI/ML Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer who will be responsible for integrating, configuring, and adapting pre-existing databases and artificial intelligence models into real business environments. Your core mission will be to translate algorithms into business language — enabling our teams and clients to fully leverage the potential of intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate pre-trained AI/ML models into production infrastructure;
• Configure and adapt custom models according to business goals and specific use cases;
• Work with structured and unstructured databases and prepare them for training/inference;
• Collaborate with business teams to define needs, expectations, and model applicability;
• Improve model accuracy and performance through fine-tuning and validation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in applied AI/ML engineering or model deployment;
• Proficiency in Python and at least one major AI/ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face);
• Solid understanding of machine learning, regression/classification models, NLP or CV (depending on focus);
• Proven experience taking AI/ML models from a proof-of-concept to a production or pilot environment;
• Data engineering and ETL skills (pandas, SQL, data wrangling);
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences;
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI model deployment (API, Docker, CI/CD);
• Familiarity with MLOps, monitoring, and lifecycle management;
• Prior experience with chatbots, automation, RAG architectures, or applied LLMs;
• BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.);
• Public contributions (GitHub, Kaggle, HF Hub) are a plus.
